COMPOSITION OF GROUPS
Groups of 5-6 people are compounds based on personality criteria , professional background and experiences. In the same group are people with a similarity of professional situations , but personalities, backgrounds and sectors to enjoy the richness of diversity . To ensure privacy and an atmosphere of non-competition , your business is represented only once per group.
The groups meet regularly for a period of 6 – 12 months in a confidential environment where they discuss their professional problems . Each participant presents at each meeting a challenge or problem that is real then brainstormed by the group. He comes out with an action plan that is followed at each subsequent session. The sessions of the cycle ends with a “map view ” that embodies the goals and next steps for each.
MODERATION OF GROUPS
Groups are professionally animated to ensure an atmosphere of goodwill and trust. The role of the moderator is to ensure the understanding of the problems exposed , stimulate in-depth conversations and balance participation in brainstorming. It provides tools for structuring the advancement and handles the monitoring of actions . In addition , the facilitator is your contact for any administrative or organizational matter .
